W. Scott Chachula
Scott is a long time performer in the State line area and Chicago Suburbs. He has appeared as the guest soloist on numerous occasions with the Rockford Symphony Orchestra, the Bach Chamber Choir, the Mendelssohn Club, and The Elgin Opera. He has also been an active performer in musical theater, appearing on numerous occasions at The Clock Tower Dinner Theater, The Lincolnshire Marriot Theater, New American Theater, Starlight and Studio Theaters at Rock Valley College and with the Rockford Dance Company. His multitudes of roles are quite varied ranging from Cornelius Hackle in Hello Dolly to the title role in Gounod’s “Faust”. A Music Education and Performance major at Illinois State University, Scott also has many directing credits. He served as the minister of Music for Holy Family Church for 10 years and the Director of the Diocesan Chorale for 6 yeas and was the Long time Director of the Sveas Soner (Sons of Sweden) Chorus in Rockford as well as the Co-Founder of The Children’s Theater Project.
